The apparatus for mass-production of the mount paper continuously inserts the paper in to a roll of sac-type transparent polymer film. The apparatus cuts a side of transparent film traversely opens the edges of cut section and inserts the paper between the edges. The first production line has a cutting blade (4) for cutting first transparent film (A); opening plate (3) between the upper, lower cut film sheets (2)(2') to inset the mount paper (1); feeder (5) for moving film along the film (A); melt fusing device (6) for sealing film (2)(2') and cutting films into unit pockets. The second line has a cutting blade (9) for film (B); opening plate (8) between films (7)(7'); feeder (10) and the fusion device (11). The feeders (5)(10) for moving the mount paper inserted has the piston type or crank type or rack- gear type mechanism.
