PURPOSE:To keep excellent level balance by varying automatically a level balance between forward and backward channels at the start of effective sound addition to a level balance at the end of preceding effect sound addition period and a level balance at the stop of effective sound addition to a level balance at the end of a preceding effect sound stop period. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 17 switchingly drives surround switches 11, 12 to the position of surround-on at the state of surround-on. Then a front data FD2 and a rear data RD2 are read out of a fadar storage data area of a RAM 18 and stored tentatively stored in a register and outputted to level adjustment circuits 13,15. Then the front data FD1 and the rear data RD2 are read out of the fadar operation data area of the RAM 18 and written in the fadar storage data area as the front data FD1 and the rear data RD2 and the stored front data FD1 and the rear data RD2 are written in the fadar operation data area. Moreover, the control circuit 17 drives switchingly the switches 11, 12 at surround-off to the position of the surround-off and similar operation is executed. |
