<p>PURPOSE:To stably maintain the operating state of a plant by selecting plant states exceeding first thresholds to operate degress of importance and obtaining the synthesized degree of importance based on these degrees of importance and driving a control system or the like at the time when this synthesized degree of importance exceeds a second threshold. CONSTITUTION:Based on plant data obtained from a prescribed plant, the degree of conviction of each of one or more kinds of preliminarily classified plant state is operated by a conviction degree calculating means 8. An importance degree arithmetic means 9 compares degrees of conviction with the first threshold set for each plant state to select the plant states related to degrees of conviction exceeding the first thresholds and operates their degrees of importance. A control means 11 obtains the synthesized degree of importance, where respective degrees of importance are synthetically taken into consideration, in accordance with degrees of importance of respective plant states by a function having each degree of importance as the variable, and the control system or the like for the plant is automatically driven when the synthesized degree of importance exceeds the second threshold. Thus, the control system or the like is properly driven at any time in accordance with the operating state of the plant, and the plant is stably operated.</p> |
