PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of substrate metal by using electrolyte, which does not contain halogen element as conductive gel, as solution, adding thickner such as carboxymethyl cellulose into the solution, and using the obtained gel-state material. CONSTITUTION:A main body 8 of a probe container contains a sponge-like electrode which is impregnared with conductive gel and a tin foil 10 in the inside. The sponge-like electrode 9 is grounded through a grounding terminal 11. The conductive gel is prepared by adding carboxymethyl cellulose as a thickner into 3% brine in general, and solution having adequate viscosity is obtained. When the gel is attached to a film to be measured, the solution does not leak. The solution using the material which does not contain halogen elements affecting corrosion such as chlorine and bromine is used, and the conductive gel in which the thickner is added is used. |
