A device consisted mainly of a rigid plate (20) of which the outside comprises a device for preventing backward movement having several parallel rigid blades (35, 45, 55) transversally attached to the plates (20), at least two lengths of plastic thread (60) having figures of eight (61, 62, 63) for limiting the extension of said blades, of which one of the ends is connected to the back of the plate (20), and a resilient retractable binding (65) connecting the forward blade (35) to the front end of the plate. The device can be used in water sports and life saving.
