<p>The invention concerns a method to control and regulate a drying machine 1 and the energy utilization of its heat recovery devices LTO-1, LTO-2, LTO-3 and for proper monitoring of the devices and also for localization of defects and incorrect functioning. The moisture is removed by air replacement and the air streams of the machine are controlled to keep the water content of the exhaust air stream 3 high and to keep the energy consumption low. The exhaust 3 of the machine hood and the compensation air 4, as well as other air and heat streams and parameters that influence heat utilization are calculated based on the exhaust of the machine hood and the temperature of the machine exhaust and the water content, as well as the measured values for the production amounts and dry substance content of the products being dried. <IMAGE></p> |
