PURPOSE:To firmly fix glass beads on the surface of concrete by forming a strippable film on the inner surface of a form, and by spraying glass beads on it so as to be temporarily fixed, and further applying a recurrent reflective coating thereon, and then by placing concrete on it. CONSTITUTION:A strippable coating is applied to the inner surface of a form to form a strippable film, and thereon a resin coating is applied, and then glass beads are sprayed on it so as to be temporarily fixed, and further a recurrent reflective coating is applied thereon. Further, a resin adhesive is applied thereto, and after it has become in a half-hardened condition, concrete is placed. Then, by removing the form after hardening of contrete, the strippable film is reversed on the concrete side, and thereafter the strippable film is stripped off. Thus, the recurrent reflective performance can be effectively displayed with a simple forming process, and glass beads can be firmly fixed on the surface of concrete. |
