PURPOSE:To obtain a processed lever food having sweetness and fragrance of citrus fruit and high nutritive value free from characteristic smell of lever by blending lever paste with fruit juice extracted from citrus fruit while stirring and heating. CONSTITUTION:Lever paste is mixed with fruit juice extracted from citrus fruit such as mandarin orange or orange having high dextrose equivalent and high content of citric acid and amino acid while stirring and heated to give a processed lever food useful for dishes, cakes, etc. |
