<p>PURPOSE:To prevent vibration over the whole tape around a rotary head drum and to completely eliminate jitters and irregular colors, etc., by fitting tape stabilizers in their positions on the tape inlet side and the tape outlet side of the rotary head drum. CONSTITUTION:The rotary head drum 17 is freely rotatively supported via a drum fitting base in a position close to a recessed part 11c on a chassis 15. The tape stabilizer of T-type 50 is freely rotatively supported on a slide base disposed on the tape inlet side A of the drum 17, and the tape stabilizer of H-type 60 is freely rotatively supported on the drum fitting base disposed on the tape outlet side B. Then, the equivalent mass of the stabilizer 50 is made larger than the equivalent mass of the stabilizer 60. And also, the chassis having the drum 17, etc., of the heaviest part of the VTR is installed via three buffer means approximately in a center of a frame 10 of the device main body, so as to equalize right and left balances to each other.</p> |
