摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase electroconductivity and eliminate burning unevenness by mixing alloy powder comprising Ni-component and B-component, glass frit powder and organic vehicle as principal components. CONSTITUTION:The aimed electroconductive pattern-forming composition contains alloy powder obtained by cooling and pulverizing eutectic mixture composed of 99.5-94.5wt.% nickel component and 0.5-5.5wt.% boron component, glass frit powder and organic vehicle as essential components. 1-40 pts.wt. glass frit powder is preferably mixed into 100 pts.wt. the alloy powder. For instance, in the case of 600 deg.C burning temperature, the softening point of the glass frit is preferably 400-550 deg.C. Besides, the alloy powder preferably has approximately spherical form and <=10mum granular diameter. To form electroconductive pattern using said composition, e.g. the alloy powder and the glass frit powder are incorporated into the organic vehicle and made to pasty and printed on base material in pattern-like by a printing means, then burned with heating.</p>
