The method may be applied in machine building for rigid-alloy mixtures, instruments and pieces made of rigid alloys and fast-cutting steel. It avoids the clotting of rigid-alloy-mixture grains, reduces the duration of magnetic processing and saves electricity regardless of the type of processed materials and the stage of the goods' readiness. Following the method, the materials and goods are processed in unipolar magnetic field, which is pulsating continuously. Depending on the composition of the materials, the values of the parameters strenuousness and frequency of the field, and duration of magnetic treatment.
