The door (2), which is made of flexible material, is opened by winding the door about a roller (1). The weight of the door is counterbalanced by a weight (9) fastened by a belt (8) to a pulley (4) on the roller shaft. To prevent damage to the door by excessive wind pressure, a bar is fastened to the lower edge of the door. This bar has projecting lugs (16) which engage vertical grooves in the fixed frame of the door. These lugs have lines of weakness so that in the event of an excessive force being imposed on the door the lugs either break or bend and allow the door to be blown inwards.
