摘要 Superconducting tapes or films are produced. From a suspension, a superconducting ceramic powder (I), e.g. one based on peroffskite having a high crack temp., such as Y-oxide-Ba oxide-Cu oxide, is electrophoretically deposited on a noble metal support, e.g. Pt, Au, Ag, Cu or a layer of these metals. The improvement is that a separation layer (II) comprising thin, porous paper is applied on to the substrate coated with (I). Layer (II) is covered with a soft metal comprising Al. The substrate, coated with (I), and having layer (II) and the soft metal covering, is compressed at elevated pressure. The soft metal covering is removed. A Ag or Cu noble metal is galoamically or reductively introduced into (I) with layer (II). Then layer (II) is removed and the substrate contg. the powder (I) and the noble metal is exposed to an atmo. contg. O2 at about 900 deg C. ADVANTAGE - Superconducting ceramic powders based on perov skite can be brought into a form which enables the prodn. of superconducting tapes or films from it.
