MICROCAPSULE OF ORGANIC TIN-BASED COMPOUND

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a microcapsule which is excellent in shelf stability and capable of being hardened at low temp. by microcapsulating the organic tin- based compd. of a core component by a polymer which has a radical polymerizable monomer as a main polymeric component. CONSTITUTION:An organic tin-based compd. such as dibutyl tin maleate and dibutyl tin laurate is utilized as a core component. As a shell wall component, a polymer is utilized which has a radical polymerizable monomer such as a nitrile-based monomer like acrylonitrile as a polymeric component. Even when the obtained microcapsule is blended with epoxy compd. and isocyanate, it can be stably preserved. Therefore the microcapsule of the organic tin-based compd. is obtained which is available as a curing agent which is utilized for sealing and molding of one-pack type with epoxy resin and urethane resin, etc., utilized therefor.
