Components for the interior of the passenger compartments of vehicles, such as instrument panels, comprising a body portion and an exposed surface exhibit improved colour stability when the surface comprises an aliphatic polyurea elastomer, obtained by reacting an aliphatic isocyanate, an amine-terminated polyoxyalkylene polyol and an amine-terminated aliphatic chain extender.
