摘要	While concrete is being mixed, a defined min. amt. of cement is added, and the difference between mixer drive laoding before and after the addn. is recorded. From an algorithm the mean amt. of moisture in the additive is calculated and used in controlling the total amt. of added water, and making any necessary changes in the concrete mixt.
