Device consisting of a series of prefabricated components moulded from concrete. The aforesaid components consist of angular profiles with a vertical flange and a horizontal flange. The vertical flange is used as wall facing module and the horizontal flange as support base of the respective modular element. The horizontal flange has, internally, in each module, at least one projection in the form of a part of a vertical cylinder which acts as fixing or retention means in the horizontal plane of each module or group of modules. <IMAGE>
