PURPOSE:To prevent the ozonolysis ability from being deteriorated because a device is used for a long time by providing a heat source to at least one of the rotating bodies of a fixing means, simultaneously forming an aperture part to both end faces of the rotating body and using it as an exhaust path which is communicated to an exhaust means. CONSTITUTION:The fixing means 15 has a pair of rotating bodies 22 which press-contact each other and at least one of the bodies 22 has the heat source 23. Simultaneously, the aperture parts 22b and 22c are formed to both end faces thereof and used as the exhaust path communicated to the exhaust means 28. Therefore, when air in the device including the ozon is passed inside the rotating body 22a having the heat source 23 and exhausted, the ozon can be thermally decomposed. Thus, even when the device is used for a long time, the elimination performance of the ozon is not deteriorated. Besides, the eliminating effect of the ozon is improved more by jointly using an ozon filter 29. |
