Arm rest for vehicle door - is arranged to act as cover for storage box

The vehicle door is fitted with a removable arm rest. The arm rest (4) is formed as the cover of a storage box (3) extending downwards in the door cladding (1). The arm rest may be formed to be displaceable into the vehicle interior. USE/ADVANTAGE - Method of fitting an arm rest which does not adversely affect the visual appearance of the door, and acts as cover for door pocket.
