PURPOSE:To improve heat radiation making almost uniform conduction of produced heat in a radiator by providing semiconductor modules that controls power output alternately one after another. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor modules 2 and 3, respectively comprising thyristor modules 2A-2C and 3A-3C each of which controls output power alternately, are mounted on a radiator 5. This configuration makes uniform flow of heat in the radiator 5 improving heat radiation. |
