PURPOSE: To form a floor provided with an outward part having an inclined part to impart a constant speed characteristic into a spiral shape by providing a side wall, make a chute inclined angle constant within a prescribed ratio of a floor area and abolish a horizontal part of a chute, in the chute of mails. CONSTITUTION: A floor material 1 is arranged by being spirally wound around an upright shaft 2 at a camber angleα, a side wall 3 is formed at a peripheral side and a chute is formed. This floor 1 is connected with a wall 3 at a curved part 4 and is connected with a shaft 2 by a flat part 5 of a very small ratio of a radial area of the whole of the floor 1. An inclined part of the floor 1 is made to occupy 85% or more of the area of the floor 1. By this structure, flat parts are reduced and inconvenient matters when the chute is made of metal can be eliminated.
