X=ray recording scanning device

摘要

The scanning device uses a number of electrometer probes (6) used to scan the charge pattern of the X-ray recording, with measurement of the distance between the probes (6) and the photoconductor (1) carrying the charge pattern via an AC voltage applied to the photoconductor (1). The signals provided by the probes (6) used to obtain image values, with the output signals of at least one probe being filtered to provide the distance measuring signal. The latter is used in a position regulation loop for maintaining the required spacing between the probes (6) and the photoconductor (1).
