<p>PURPOSE:To fix a clamp by a remote control with no necessity for digging out a pipe by suspending a rotary device and a vertically installing device by means of a lift device on a work ship, and setting up the clamp, mounted to the vertically installing device, to the pipe next rotating an anchor shaft to fix the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A rotary device 13 and a vertically installing device 2, having an arch surface 21 in the bottom surface, are hung down by a leader 12 mounted to the upper part of a frame bed 11 on a work ship 1. A clamp 3 and an anchor shaft 4, connected to the rotary device 13 in the side surface, are removably mounted to a top part of the arch surface 21 of the vertical device 2. By positioning a pipe 5 buried in the bottom of water, the clamp 3 is set up just above the pipe 5. The anchor shaft 4 is rotated and driven, and its upper part is fixed to the clamp 3 with the pipe 5 fixed. As a result, the clamp can be fixed to the pipe by a remote control.</p> |
