PURPOSE:To obtain the jig which moves freely in a pipe irrespective of the direction in which the pipe is placed, and can execute exact aligning by providing a wheel consisting of a permanent magnet in which a part of the outside shape has the same radius of curvature as a radius of the pipe on both side of an apparatus truck. CONSTITUTION:On an apparatus truck 12, an apparatus 1 and as a pipe inspecting instrument, etc., is loaded, and the apparatus truck 12, a driving truck 14 and a driving device truck 18 are connected to each other by a flexible connecting implement 21. Also, each wheel 13, 16 and 19 all consists of a permanent magnet. A part of the outside shape of a cross section by a plane containing a rotation axis of the wheel 13 of the apparatus truck 12 is a curve 13A having a radius of curvature R, and this radius of curvature is the same as the radius R of a pipe 2 to which an inspection, etc., are to be executed. Accordingly, in the case the pipe 2 is a magnetic material of a steel pipe, etc., when the apparatus truck 12 is inserted into the inside, the curve 13A part adheres closely to an inner wall of the pipe 2. When the apparatus 1 is loaded on the apparatus truck 12 so that the center axis X - X of the apparatus 1 coincides with the center of the curvature of the curve 13A, the centers of the apparatus 1 and the pipe 2 coincide with each other, and aligning of the apparatus to the pipe 2 is executed automatically. |
