PURPOSE: To extract a limiter signal current decoupled from a limiter current so that the reproduced value of a limiter current flowing into a 1st transistor(Tr) forms a limiter signal current expressing the flow of the limiter current. CONSTITUTION: When a point A is positive as compared with a point B and impressed voltage is larger than the sum of the Zener voltage of a diode connection TrTZ1 and the forward voltage of a diode connection TrTZ2 , a limiter current is allowed to flow. The limiter current is reproduced in the collector line of a TrT2 by the selection ratio of a current mirror consisting of TRs, TZ2 , T2 and allowed to flow to the point B through another TrT2 . When the point B is positive as compared with the point A and the impressed voltage exceeds the sum of the Zener voltage of the TrTZ2 and the forward voltage of the TrTZ1 , the limiter current is reproduced in the collector line of the TrT1 by the selection ratio of a current mirror consisting of the TrTZ1 and TrT1 . In this case, a reproduced current is allowed to flow to the point A through the TrT1 . |
