<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a tape from flawing by discriminating a wound diameter of a take-up side tape reel and performing a torque control in accordance with the wound diameter at the time of catching and releasing a tape during the time of loading and unloading. CONSTITUTION:A main rod 28 to be linearly driven by a 1st driving device and an intermediate switch 29 for detecting a position of completing this loading operation are arranged on a parallel plane to a reel surface, and a drawing post 4, a supply side tension post 6 and a drawing slant post 23 are fixed to end parts of a supply side drawing arm 36, a supply side tension arm 37 and a take-up side drawing arm 38 respectively. When a supply reel base is stopped by a brake device, and the tape is drawn out of only the take-up side reel, after the tape is smoothly drawn out of the inside of a cassette mouth by a 1st driving device, the torque control is carried out in accordance with a winding diameter difference at the time of catching the tape inside and outside the cassette mouth by a guide posts to be driven by a 2nd driving device. By this method, the tape can be prevented from flawing.</p> |
