One or two emulsifiers, such as lanalcolum and cetyl stearyl alcohol, solvable in hydrocarbonic dissolvents with the HLB value from 3 to 8, from which each has concentration from 2 to 6 percent by weight, and one emulsifier with the high HLB value from 8 to 18 are added, during production of veterinary preparations suitable especially for treatment of mastitis, into the mixture of white petrolatum and liquid paraffin with concentration from 5 to 30 percent by weight on water bath. The mixture is sterilised for the duration of 3 hours with the temperature of 140 degrees C and cooled down after mixing in aseptic conditions and, after 24 hours, it is homogenized, whereupon polysorbate emulsifies in it and the active component of soft propolis with concentration from 0.5 to 10 percent by weight in mixture with an indifferent dissolvent of the hydrophilic character and also liquid paraffin are added. The final mixture is sterilised for the duration of 3 hours with the temperature of 140 degrees C and homogenized. The emulsifier ratio of lanalcolum and cetyl stearyl alcohol is 5 : 3.
