Food contains lavendar extract, and/or plant extracts (S) selected from valerian-, sweet hydrangea-,. linden-, jujube-, calendula-, bamboo leaf-, ginsen- and tea-extract contg. gamma-aminobutylic acid. Pref. food is, e.g. caramel, hardcandies, bean jam paste or chewing gum. Foods contain 0.4-0.6 wt.% of lavender extract or 0.6-0.8 wt.% of plant extract (S). The obtd. food is useful for reducing mental stress and has a good taste and flavour. |
