PURPOSE: To obtain the subject apparatus having neither lubricant outflow nor adhesion of fiber by arranging both a sealing piece for preventing the outflow of lubricant and an elastic shaft sealing ring having the inside sliding on the shaft between a shaft and a transmission gear housing, etc., and constituting a shaft part which is brought into contact with the shaft sealing ring and is made of an abrasion-resistant material. CONSTITUTION: A sealing piece 9 for preventing lubricant or a grease outflow is arranged between a shaft 5 and a transmission gear housing 6 or a pedestal bearing housing 17 lubricated with a lubricant. In a supporting apparatus of the shaft 5 of a transporting cylinder 3 of a drafting head part 2 of a fascicle cutter 1, installed in the transmission gear housing 6 lubricated with a lubricant or the pedestal bearing housing 17 lubricated with a grease, an elastic sealing ring 13 is arranged between the shaft 5 and the transmission gear housing 6 or the pedestal bearing housing 17 lubricated with a grease and the surface of the shaft 5 in a zone in which the shaft 5 is in contact with and slid on the inside of the shaft sealing ring 13 is made of an abrasion-resistant material 11. |
