PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent adhesivity to various films of PP, polyester, PE, etc., comprising a partially saponified chlorinated ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyisocyanate compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition preferably comprising (A) a partially saponified chlorinated ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having 0.1-10mol% vinyl alcohol content prepared by chlorinating an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having 5-20mol% vinyl acetate content to give a chlorinated ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having 5-45% chlorination degree and (B) a polyisocyanate compound having a ratio [NCO]/[OH] of isocyanate group equivalent to hydroxyl group of the component A of 0.05-1.
