The design falls into the field of specialized production of textile decorations and it subject is the stretcher (1) for manual screen printing. It consists of the solid frame (2) and adjustable frame (3), while the power cylinders (6), e.g. pneumatic ones, are attached to the solid frame (2). The piston rods of the power cylinders (6) are anchored at least in one vertical bar (3a) one horizontal bar (3b) of the adjustable frame (3). The device can be constructed in a titling manner on the movable rack (13) so that the operating personnel can adjust the frames in the most suitable working position and also travel with the device. The control equipment is of a pneumatic character and it is installed on the structure of the solid frame (2). The device includes two protective bars (19, 19a) for attachment of the screen printing frames and the adjustable frame (3) is equipped over its area with catch needles (8), which hold the screen work in the process of stretching.<IMAGE>
