AUTOMATIC DISTRIBUTION METHOD OF CALLS IN COLLECT TELEPHONE

The method distributes calls coming from a number of inner subscribers simultaneously to the attendant consoles properly so that the load per an operator is distributed. The method comprises steps; (a) checking the coming-call whether it comes from a group line or an individual line; (b) finding out the automatic call distribution (ACD) line by the hunting counter; (c) checking the ACD line whether it is an in-service one, and perforiming the call-incoming service if it is the in-service, otherwise checking the counter number; (d) sending the out-service signal to the caller if the counter number exceeds certain value; and (e) performing the call-incoming service if the call comes from the individual line and it is the in-service one, otherwrise repeating the process from (b) step.
