PURPOSE:To increase picture density and make high speed recording possible by a method wherein a suction device, which sucks ink in the vicinity of a discharge port, which is controlled at a low viscosity by a light source, from the inside of an ink liquid chamber to a recording paper side, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Magnetism is added to a photo-viscous ink, and on the back surface of a recording paper 5, a permanent magnet 6 is placed. By magnetic force which is generated between the photo-viscous ink 2 and the permanent magnet 6, the ink which is in form of a low viscous liquid A is sucked. Therefore, at the time of ink discharge, the ink discharge is accelerated, and other than the time of ink discharge, the ink is not sucked or discharged. Also, for light sources 3, 3 of visible rays and ultraviolet rays, a semi-conductor laser, etc. is used, and by casting of ultraviolet rays, the viscosity is lowered. |
