PURPOSE:To preclude migration and to enable proper heating by forming a parallel circuit as a heater on the ceramic substrate of a heating part. CONSTITUTION:A detection part 1 is provided with a ceramic substrate 4 where a heater pattern 2 is formed and a ceramic substrate 8 where a couple of elec trode patterns 6 for leading outputs out are formed, and a detecting element 18 is laminated on the surface of the pattern 6. The pattern 2 consists of a heating body pattern 2a and lead patterns 2b1 and 2b2, and the pattern 2a is the parallel circuit which is branched into six in a ladder shape. The respective parallel patterns 2a1 - 2a6 are equal in resistance value and the side of the pattern 2a1 is formed more closely. Further, even a longitudinal pattern 2a7 also has resistance, so the voltage on the side of the pattern 2a1 is higher than that of any other pattern, so the heating value on this side is larger. Thus, potential differences between adjacent patterns can be set extremely small and the potential difference of one parallel pattern can be set small, so the migration is prevented from occurring. |
