The structure has a seat rail and a side rail wel -connected with outer seat-rail clamping device and the outer side-rail clamping device, fastened ont eh side pillar. The structure offers lightening of the frame weight, simplification of the assembly process, and an increase of the frame strength for protecting passengers from traffic accidents. The structure comprises a vertical side pillar (1) of the frame, cross-welded with waist rail (2), skid rail (3), seat rail (4) and side rail (5). The waist rail has a reinforcing strip (2') and welded surface (18). The rail (4) has a section with a welded wign (14). The rail (5) has a section with the wing (14) and the lower reinforcing strip (5'). The pillar (1) has the upper welded surface (7), contact surface (8), the middle welded section (6) for connecting the rail clamping devices (9,9',10,10,'), and the lower salanted round profile with the strip (2').
