PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate speed control even under constant speed driving by producing an output switching signal and a pulse modulation signal based on speed and position data through a microcomputer and then multiplexing them through a pulse multiplex circuit. CONSTITUTION:A drive control section, i.e. a microcomputer C, sequentially reads out data concerning to the speed pattern of a moving object. The microcomputer C produces an output switching signal and a first pulse modulation signal based on thus read out data position data provided from first coders 4a, 4b. These signals are then multiplexed through pulse multiplex circuits in three-phase drivers Ba, Bb and a linear driving section is operated based on the multiplexed signal thus regulating the power to be fed to the linear driving section. Consequently, a mover(not shown) repeats constant speed motion and high acceleration motion and performs linear motion. By such arrangement, a high speed unit can be obtained and highly accurate speed control can be carried out under constant speed driving as well as under high acceleration driving. |
