摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture continuously optical parts, by a method wherein a resin discharge mechanism, a setting mechanism of a base, a resin curing mechanism and a mold release mechanism correspond respectively, continuously and in order to respective molds on a table with an action of a relative rotary moving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotary table 1 is provided so that a rotary action of the same is performed centering around the rotary center with a stepping motor as a relative rotary moving mechanism. Four stampers 4 in the same form are provided as a mold respectively in a stationary state on a position of every 90 deg. centering around the rotary center of the top of the circumferential part of the rotary table 1. Then when an established quantity of air is fed to an air syringe 10 through an air feed pipe 15, resin is positioned on the tip of a discharge nozzle 9 in a dangled state. Then an ultraviolet irradiation part 39 is filled with resin 17, which is sent away from a setting mechanism 21 with rotation of the rotary table 1, the upper part of the base 22 of the stamper 4, to the upper part of which the base 22 is set up, is pressed with a pressing member 40, ultraviolet rays are applied to the resin 17 through respective light sources 41 and the resin 17 is cured.
