摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain food raw material propagating only Lactobacillus bifidus without propagating bad bacterium in intestine such as clostridium containing specific trisaccharide with affecting transglucosidase to mixed solution of maltooligosaccharide and sugar as enzyme agent. CONSTITUTION:Transglucosidase derived from Aspergillus niger is affected to a mixed solution of maltooligosaccharide and sugar to afford the aimed food raw material containing O-alpha-D-glucopyranosil-(1 6)-O-alpha-D- glucopyranosil-(1 2) beta-fluctofranoside as functional component.
