PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a high quality image even in the case of a dynamic image in addition to a static image by generating sampling frequency synchronized with an external video signal and sampling a video signal to 256 gradations in real time. CONSTITUTION: When a vertical window signal is positive, a line address counter 61 counts horizontal synchronizing signals and generates a line address, and when a horizontal window signal is positive, a pixel address counter 62 counts sampling frequency and generates a pixel address. Analog interface parts 8, 10 input a video signal of maximum value 1V terminated at 75Ωfrom a camera, process the signal so as to suit it to the operational conditions of analog/ digital(A/D) converter 9 and output the output signals of the D/A converter 11 to monitors. |
