PURPOSE: To obtain a food composition which comprises food grade salt, milk solid matter, lipid, water and an aroma source that generates aroma by irradiating the composition with microwaves, in specified ratios respectively and, accordingly, cooked food prepared from which generates aroma during irradiation of the food with microwaves. CONSTITUTION: This composition consists of (based on the weight of the composition): (A) 0.5 to 5wt.% of food grade salt (component A); (B) 5 to 25wt.% milk solid matter (component B); (C) 5 to 35wt.% of lipid (component C); (D) 30 to 70wt.% of water (component D); and (E) an effective amount of an aroma source (component E) that generates aroma by irradiating the composition with microwaves. In the composition, preferably, NaCl or the like, NFDM or the like and animal fat, butter or the like are used as the component (A), component (B) and component (C), respectively. |
