<p>PURPOSE:To transmit a video without being distorted and to obtain a high- definition reproducing image by setting the frequency of a sampling signal to be supplied to a D/A converter at the one of (n) times (n:integer >=2) frequency of the sampling signal to be supplied to an A/D converter. CONSTITUTION:An R chrominance signal read out from an R memory 4 is inputted to the D/A converter 7, and a G chrominance signal read out from a G memory 5 to the D/A converter 8, and a B chrominance signal read out from a B memory 6 to the D/A converter 9. To the sampling signal input terminals of the D/A converters 7, 8, and 9, the sampling signal with the frequency of (n) (n: integer >=2) times the frequency fc of the sampling signal inputted from a sampling signal generation circuit 19 to the A/D converter 3 is inputted. The chrominance signals converted to analog signals at the D/A converters 7, 8, and 9 are inputted to the input terminals of the low-pass filters 10, 11, and 12, respectively. The high frequency component of each chrominance signal is eliminated at the low-pass filters 10, 11, and 12, then, waveform shaping is performed.</p> |
