<p>The cash register can choose displaying an amount of sales without printing a receipt through the check mode. The cash register comprises a printer for priting the receipt, a display for expressing a sales status, a keyboard for inputing data, ROM for built-in program, and RAM for storing data. If a special number key and a cash/sales function key is sequentially pushed via the keyboard after the check mode is soelected, the printer prints a report expressing the total cash- sales status. If only the cash/ sales function key is pressed the total cash-sales status is expressed only through the display. Beside the cash-sales status, a credit, a cash- receipt, a payment function can be extended through the check mode.</p> |
