PURPOSE:To reduce heat of hydration by using calcium fluoroaluminate expressed by a specified formula as the effective component. CONSTITUTION:Calcium fluoroaluminate expressed by the formula (wherein x/y/z=1/(0.65-1.5)/(0.01-0.32)) is obtained by mixing specified amts. of lime source material, alumina source material and fluoride as the main components and calcinating the mixture. The calcinated body is then pulverized. To 100 pts.wt. of this pulverized material, the following materials are mixed to obtain a cement composite. They are 50-500 pts.wt. of inorg. sulfate such as CaSO4, 0.1-30 pts.wt. of coagulation controller such as citric acid, 100-10000 pts.wt. of cement such as portland cement, and if required one or more additives selected from an aggregate such as gravel, fibrous material, polymer emulsion, colorant, AE agent, water reducing agent, AE water reducing agent, fluidizing agent, rust preventive, admixture non-separable in water such as methylcellulose, thickner, water holding agent waterproofing agent, foaming agent, alkali material and anti-freezing agent. |
