PURPOSE:To provide reasonable compliance with displacement of a terminal member by making legs, whereby terminals are mounted to a printed circuit board, in a structure with plastic deformability. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 1 for printed circuit board is made of a metal which is electric conductive, having elasticity, and capable of plasticizing, and its elastic nipping part 10 nips a terminal pin 3. Four legs 8 are inserted in hole 5 provided in a printed circuit board 2, and thereto the terminal 1 is secured. At the time of securing, one edge 11 of the terminal 1 is kept at a certain distance from the surface of the printed circuit board 2, leveling at the limit at the time of plastic deformation of the legs 8. Even though the core of the terminal pin 3 is dislocated from the core of the elastic nipping part 10, plastic deformation of the legs 8 provides reasonable compliance with the eccentricity within the limit of plastic deformation. |
