<p>The invention provides a purified polypeptide comprising the DNA binding domain of a purified polypeptide having substantially the same amino acid sequence and activity as the protein having the amino acid sequence of Figure 1, and a non-PU.1 transcription effecting domain. Also provided is a purified polypeptide comprising the transcription effecting domain of a purified polypeptide having substantially the same amino acid sequence of Figure 1, and a non-PU.1 DNA binding domain. The polypeptide is a transcriptional activator. Nucleic acids encoding the polypeptide and uses are also provided.</p> |
