<p>[Constitution] Compounds represented by general formula (I) and compositions containing the same, wherein one of R?1 and R2¿ represents -CO-B-R3 (wherein B represents C¿1? to C25 alkylene, C1 to C25 alkenylene or C1 to C25 alkynylene which may have an intervening group selected from among -OCOO-, -OCO-, -O-, -S-, -SS-, -SCO-, -NHCO-, -NHCOO- and -NR?4¿ wherein R4 represents lower alkyl; and R3 represents hydrogen, halogen, halogenomethyl, optionally protected amino, optionally protected hydroxyl, optionally protected mercapto, or aryl) and the other represents hydrogen or -CO-B-R3 (wherein B and R3 are as defined above). [Effect] The compounds and compositions containing the same are lowly toxic and excellent in the action of inhibiting LAK or CTL activity.</p> |
