Blind rivet with pin with tapered end - has end in chuck of rivet closing tool

The blind rivet (1) has a head (2) and a tubular shank (3). The rivet is closed by means of a pin (4) which is fitted inside the tubular shank (3). This pin (4) has a head (8) which abuts against the end of the shank (3) opposite to the rivet head. The other end (6) of this pin (4) has a part of reduced dia. (5) which tapers from the outer end (6) towards the head (8). This tapered part (5) is gripped in the chuck (13) of the tool used for closing the rivet. USE - Blind rivet.
