The heat generator-exchanger comprises a vacuum pipe bundle (4) containing a substance with convective properties. An end part of the pipe bundle (4) is associated with heating means (5), and the remainder is arranged so as to be able to exchange heat directly and/or indirectly with an enclosed space or other materials (for example air or water).
