The access (53) to the drainage channel (28) incorporated in a sidewall (12) of the duct is closed by a cover (37) of U-section with two arms extending at right angles into catches which can be engaged under the projections (29) from the wall (12) into opposite sides of the opening (53). The catches (66) can be formed either integrally or removably on the underside of additional electrical appts. (45 or 46) slotted into the access (53) and served by wiring (55) through a grommet (54). ADVANTAGE - Provision for attachment of additional electrical equipment makes economical use of cable duct and cooperative elements.
