The rubber band with a transverse portion protruding sideways for hair curling rollers has end lugs detachable from the roller, while the protruding portion can be supported form an adjacent roller. The protruding (16,18) is of material which does not deform w.r.t. the rubber band (10). It is pref formed by small bars at right angles to the band. ADVANTAGE - Easy and rapid band adjustment, without need for liq. protection.
